TUFFSTUDY / WAITLIST
Waitlist terms.
Effective 13 July 2026
Joining is free. Your place is personal and has no cash value. We will do our best to build TuffStudy, but a waitlist place is not a promise of a launch date, beta invitation or particular feature.
1. About these terms
These terms apply to the TuffStudy Founding Class waitlist at thetuffstudy.com. TuffStudy is a pre-launch education project operated by Aimar Delariberette from Spain. By submitting the form, you ask us to save your place and send directly related waitlist and beta updates.
2. Who can join
The waitlist is intended for students aged 14 or over, plus parents, guardians and educators interested in TuffStudy. If you are under 14, a parent or guardian must submit the form for you. Use an email address you can access and provide accurate information. One person should hold one place.
3. Your place
A successful submission returns your real queue position. Submitting the same email again keeps its original position. A position is personal, non-transferable and has no monetary value. We may correct positions affected by fraud, technical error, duplicate manipulation or a verified data import, and will not move a genuine participant backwards without a valid operational reason.
4. Early access
Joining does not guarantee a launch date, beta invitation, subject, feature, price or permanent access. Early access may open in small groups based on product readiness, safety and the subjects being tested. We may change, pause or stop the waitlist or project. If TuffStudy launches a paid service, separate product and payment terms will apply before any charge.
5. Messages and leaving
We may email you to confirm or manage your place, share meaningful build updates, ask for relevant feedback or invite you to a beta. We will not sell your contact details. You can unsubscribe or ask us to delete your place at any time by using an email unsubscribe option or contacting tuffstudy.official@gmail.com.
6. Feedback
Feedback is optional. You keep ownership of anything you write, but you give TuffStudy permission to use, adapt and combine your suggestions to improve the project without payment or attribution. Do not submit confidential information, copyrighted exam materials, personal data about somebody else or anything unlawful.
7. Fair use
Do not interfere with the site, probe its security, automate fake sign-ups, impersonate another person, attempt to access private records, or use the waitlist in a way that is unlawful or harmful. We may remove abusive or fraudulent entries and restrict access when reasonably needed to protect participants or the service.
8. Availability and responsibility
This is a free pre-launch waitlist, provided as available. We work to keep positions and records accurate, but temporary downtime can happen. Nothing on the waitlist is educational, medical, legal or financial advice. We do not exclude responsibility where the law does not allow it, including for fraud or injury caused by negligence. Otherwise, to the extent permitted by law, TuffStudy is not responsible for indirect loss caused by relying on a launch estimate or unavailable beta access.
9. Privacy
Our Privacy Notice explains what we collect, why we use it, the providers involved and how to exercise your rights. It forms part of the information you should read before joining.
10. Law, changes and contact
Spanish law applies to these terms, without taking away mandatory consumer rights you have where you live. Any dispute may be brought before the courts that applicable consumer law allows. We may update these terms as TuffStudy develops; important changes will be shown here and, when relevant, sent by email. Contact tuffstudy.official@gmail.com with questions.
